Michael E. Callahan a.k.a. Dr. File Finder
I'm glad you stopped by to take a look and I hope you'll enjoy your visit. Since I've worked with shareware and traditional software companies for the past 20 years, I've tried to provide links to some interesting sites that have software available for download. If you're a software developer, you'll also find some ways in which I may be able to help you with your product(s). First of all, however, I suppose I should include some information about myself. Here's my standard bio, which was written for me by Dr. Rae M. Barent, a long-time friend.
A Brief Biography...
Michael
E. Callahan, known around the world by the trademarked name "Dr.
File Finder", is regarded as the world's leading expert on
shareware. Dr. File Finder works with software programs and
developers full-time, and in the average year he evaluates 10,000
programs. Since 1982 he has evaluated over 190,000 software and
hardware products. He is an active member of the shareware community
and a co-founder of the Shareware Industry Awards Foundation. Mr.
Callahan is the author of several books, including the popular
"Dr. File Finder's Guide To Shareware." In addition, he is
an honorary member of the Association of Shareware Professionals
(ASP), the President of the Educational Software Cooperative, and the
chairman of the Shareware Industry Awards Foundation. Dr. File Finder
is also a recipient of the 1993 Shareware Industry Award for
lLifetime Achievement and has been inducted into the ASP Hall of
Fame. Mr. Callahan began evaluating software online in 1982 and no
one has been at it longer. He currently works doing online PR and
marketing for software companies.

like Rock, blues, jazz, heavy metal, classical, and some country.
I"ve played guitar for a long time and have a 1979 Les Paul
Standard electric, a 1973 Martin D-35, a Harmony acoustic arch-top
6-string, a Fender acoustic/electric 12-string, a tenor banjo, and more.
